Brittney Hoobler-Martz

Brittney Hoobler-Martz, 34, of Fort Wayne passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. She was born on January 3, 1986 in Fort Wayne to Jerry and Pam Hoobler, who survive. She worked at the Bob Thomas dealerships and most recently for Fort Wayne Community Schools. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her joy in helping others. Surviving family include her husband, Joe Martz; daughters, Reagan and Madilynn; step-sons, Andrew and Gavin; her parents; sister, Kelsey (Adam) Bishop; niece, Kinsley; nephew, Grayson; and grandmother, Berneada DiGilarmo. She was preceded in passing by one grandmother and two grandfathers. A private family funeral service will be held. A public visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Rd., Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery, Fort Wayne. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for the Martz children’s education, c/o Joseph Martz.
