Charles R. Myers, 84, of Fort Wayne passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Born on August 2, 1936 in Bridgeport, CT, he was a son of the late Carlton and Mary (Glennon) Myers. He enjoyed volunteering any chance he got, but his most recent volunteering was at Lutheran Life Villages. Charlie and Lois were instrumental at organizing the well-attended Lehner Family Reunions for many years. His hobbies included wood working and helping others. He is survived by his wife, Lois (Lehner) Myers and brother, Carlton “Corky” Myers, and many extended family members. Visitation will be held from 10-11am on Monday, June 7, 2021 at Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home 6424 Winchester Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46819 with a time of sharing beginning at 10:45am. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation or Lutheran Life Villages.
