

Cindy Lou Lovell, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on January 7, 1958, in Aurora, Colorado, Cindy was the daughter of the late Richard Tindall and Donna Joyce (Cochran) Ray.
Cindy was a Certified Nursing Assistant, known for her selfless and hard-working nature. Her career was marked by her compassionate and resilient spirit, traits that she carried with her throughout her life.
Cindy had a love for life that was reflected in her personal interests and hobbies. She was a great cook and had a special affection for animals, particularly Clydesdale horses and her beloved cats. She enjoyed listening to Alan Jackson, watching NASCAR, and cheering for the Denver Broncos and Peyton Manning. Cindy was also fond of Ford Mustangs, the Kentucky Derby, and General Hospital . In her leisure time, she enjoyed playing Freecell and Solitaire and collected shot glasses. Her favorite beverages included Fuzzy Navels, Screwdrivers, and coffee.
As a mother, Cindy was deeply devoted to her family. She leaves behind five children: Michael Tindall, Amy Brockman, Gregory (Amanda) Lovell, Jeffory (Becca) Lovell, and Charles Lovell. Her legacy continues through her nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Cindy is also survived by her sister, Giselleda Gruffinet, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Charles Ray; and brother, William Tindall.
Cindy's personal qualities were as vibrant as her interests. She was generous, hard-working, and known as a spitfire—"dynamite in a small package." Her intentional and sacrificial nature, coupled with her playful and ornery spirit, left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
Funeral Service is 1:00 pm, Sunday, October 19, 2025 at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne with calling two hours prior.
Cindy Lou Lovell will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for her family and friends. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
