Connie J. Saylor, 72, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2016. She was born to the late Robert and Ethel Elliott on April 18, 1943 in Bluffton, IN. She is survived by her husband of 56 years; daughter, Kim Rangel; sisters, Sharon Knupp and Vicki Kitzmiller; brothers, Terry Elliott and Larry Elliott. grandchildren, Shawn, Krista, Cara, and Rodney Funeral Service will be at C.M.
