She was a graduate of Snider High School. Deborah enjoyed bingo, the Indianapolis colts and helping others.
Deborah is survived, by her daughter, Andrea Higgins; sisters, Sue (Mike) Trzynka, of Sandusky, OH, Yvonne Houx and Brenda Lehman, of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Ashton, Joseph, Jackson and Isabel all of Fort Wayne; son-in-law, Andrew Firestine, of Fort Wayne.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amber (Higgins) Firestine.
A visitation will be on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes- Maplewood Park, 4017 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815. A Funeral Service will be on Friday, January 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
