Deborah Kay Beaty

Deborah Kay Beaty, 67, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born July 23, 1954, in Fort Wayne, IN, the daughter of the late Kenneth L. and Doris Jean Beck.

Deborah worked for the Regency Inn and the Knights Inn for several years. Deborah enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, and was an amazing homemaker and loved to clean. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 50 years, Kenny Beaty; children, Neil (Michelle) Beaty, Brian Beaty, Kalem Beaty, Ashly (Jeremy) Wagner all of Fort Wayne, IN; siblings, Nancy (Don) Housley of Okemah, OK, Kenneth (Jackie) Beck of Napa Valley, CA, Linda (Bernie Sr.) Voirol of Monroeville, IN, Kathy (Joe) Hawthorn, Ruth Ann Springer all of New Haven, IN, Brenda (Steven) Potts of Fort Wayne, IN, John (Pam) Beck of New Haven, IN, Dawn Stephenson of Monroeville, IN; sister in law, Michelle (Bernie) Danko; grandchildren, Dylan Michael Lee Wagner, Joshua Robert Wagner, Haley Ranee (Pete) Cross, Tyler Beaty, Trevor Beaty, and Nova Wood. Deborah was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Beck, in 2005.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also take place from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the funeral home.
