

Donald R. Morgan, 80, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born October 5, 1940 in Decatur, IL, to the late George Raymond and Eva (Washburn) Morgan.
Donald was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. He was a sales manager for Norfolk and Southern Railroad for 35 years and awarded “transportation man of the year” for the greater Kansas City area. He also taught at St. Louis College and seminars at Northwestern University and the University of Virginia. His hobbies included hunting and fishing.
Donald is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margie Ann Morgan, of Fort Wayne, IN; son, Christopher (Triana) Morgan of Fort Wayne, IN; brother, Gary Morgan of Assumption, Il; sisters, Sharlene (Arthur) Hemmerlein of Louisville, TN, Darlene (Doug) Binge of Decatur, IL; grandchildren, Cody Morgan, Wyatt Morgan, Elizabeth Morgan, and Austin Morgan. He was preceded in death by a son, Bradley Morgan.
Funeral service will be 10: 30 am on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (1502 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne), with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5-7 pm Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home (1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne). Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
