Donna R. Thompson, 59, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in Fort Wayne. Born in Bluffton, IN, Donna worked as a License Practical Nurse with several hospitals and nursing homes around Fort Wayne. Surviving are her brother, Barry Lee Thompson; sister, Sue Ann Schrader; nephew, Paul Schrader; niece, Christina Kay (Al) Wantroba; grand niece Olivia; and her adopted families, the Metzgers and the Mireles. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Edith Thompson.
