After spending many years as a homemaker to raise her beloved family, Emily would return to work as a buyer of women’s fashion, and later a manager of a women’s shop in California. A loving wife and mother, she also adored being Nama, Mema, and Meme to her grandchildren and “greats”.
Surviving are her children, Cathy (Pam) Emig, Sandy (Jim) Odle, Steve Stephany; 9 grandchildren and their spouses; 28 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Gerry (Shirley) Costanzo of California.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 11AM, with calling starting at 9:30AM at Advantage Funeral Home – Highland Park 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46825. She will be laid to rest at Highland Park Cemetery. Friends and family are encouraged to leave cherished memories on Emily’s obituary page.
