Evelyn Marie Heinfeld of Fort Wayne, Indiana, formally of New Bremen, Ohio, and Leesburg, Florida, died on January 15, 2018, at home. She was born in St. Marys Township, Ohio, February 2, 1925, the daughter of Raleigh and Flora (Lutterbein) Warner. On February 6, 1949, she married Warren W. Heinfeld who died October 26, 1997. Survivors include a son, Blaine W. (Connie) Heinfeld and a grandson, David J. Heinfeld, all of Fort Wayne, a sister Vera (Guy) Schmidt of Celina Ohio, nieces Mary Bell, Julie (Kenneth) Ford, Jill (William) Cook, and nephew Stanley (Jane) Scheer. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, brother and sister-in-law Wilbur and Jean Warner, infant brother Edwin Raleigh Warner, in-law siblings Roger and Vernita Scheer, and nephew Gary Schmidt. She was a graduate of New Bremen High School class of 1943 and Lima Memorial School of Nursing class of 1946. She was a life long member of St. Peters church in New Bremen.
