Gary Allen Phillips, age 47, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022. Gary was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

A calling to honor Gary's life and legacy will be held Friday, November 25, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, followed by a funeral service at 1:30 PM. He will be laid to rest in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor may be directed to Gary's family c/o Owen Phillips.
