She loved family gatherings and traveling to new places. Gloria loved to dance and she was the life of the party. Gloria was such a family person and enjoyed getting glammed up.
She is survived by her son, Chad Underwood, her siblings, Daniel Rogers, Velma Conwell, Lavonia Perry and Shirley Malone; her longtime companion, Alexis Blevins; a host of nieces and nephews.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Lawson Sr. and Ella Underwood; her brother, Lawson Underwood, Jr.; her brother-in-law, Will Conwell; a nephew, Will Conwell II.
Visitation will be at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes- 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46805, on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
