She graduated from Bloomfield High School and earned her bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
Grace was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Steven R. (Virginia A.) Stalcup Mulberry, IN; Stanley F. (Sharon D.) Stalcup, of St. Joe, IN; Lorrie Ann Williams of Fort Wayne, IN; seven grandchildren, several great-grand and great-great-grandchildren.
Grace was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Robert Elmo “Bob” Stalcup, November 15, 2018; son, Stuart H. Stalcup; brothers, Lloyd Hayes, Warren Hayes; sisters, Mary Stalter and infant sister, Madge Hayes.
Funeral service will be 1:30 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation two hours prior.
Committal and burial will be at Concordia Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
