HOLLY ANN MINDY BAKER, 37, of Fort Wayne, died Saturday Feb. 9, 2013. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 29, 1975. She is survived by her parents, Michael and Anna Baker, daughter; Spencer Ridenour, son; Taji Baker, brother; Michael Baker, sisters; Brandie Baker and Tammy Barrett. Funeral services will be held at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells Street on Friday, February 15, at 1 p.m. with calling 1 hour prior. Burial at Lindenwood Cemetery.
