First I want to say I’m thankful for having Jamison and family in our lives. 
My best memories of Jamison are when we would walk to class  and when we arrived students would surround him ,saying “Jamison so happy to see you “.  Jamison would smile from ear to ear with his beautiful smile and would try talking in his way , almost to say hey friends I love you too. 
Jamison you will always be in my heart, and thankful for all the memories. ❤️

What a beautiful life! Our hearts are broken for you. We are praising God and sending hugs, lots of love and prayers to all of you from your Pyle cousins. May God bring you comfort and happiness as you celebrate the life of your little boy. We love you all very much.

I had the pleasure of teaching Jamison third grade. Jamison and I worked together to teach his classmates how to love, learn from and respect people who are different from us. I have fond memories of Jamison’s classmates pushing his wheelchair, reading with him, setting up his iPad and greeting him by name. 
Jamison, I rejoice that you are enjoying the heavenly beach in your new perfect body!  I’ll be seeing you!

His friend- It was wonderful to watch their friendship grow and deepen.

Yes, he was a good sport with our classroom antics. It may not look like it, but deep down, I think he loved them.  Love you, J-man.

This was the day I found out J-man was a Tay-Tay fan. I played the song "Shake It Off" and his face lit up!!!!!

Jamison and I had a special relationship. I would tease him all the time, and he loved it.  And, he would tease me back with his facial expressions. He had his smirk down pat. I told Jamison that if I tease you, you know that I like you. Through his smile, I feel he was saying "well, you must really LOVE me." I sure did, buddy.

Jamison embodied pure joy. He was a shining light in our classroom.  My favorite memory of Jamison is when he first received his Tobii. He loved to dictate how he would want to travel in the hallway.  He could pick fast/ slow/ forward/ backward/ spin/ stop etc.  Jamison loved to choose "spin" and we would just tornado ourselves down the hallway.  I would always become so dizzy and he thought it was hilarious. Love you J man!

Jamison dealt with all of our antics in our classroom.  He was such a good sport, and although he may not look happy, I think he really enjoyed all of the fun =)

When I started working with Jamison this school year, I tried getting him to use his communication device to talk to me and one day we were working together he used his device and said “Do you want to hear a joke?” I laughed until tears came out of my eyes because I thought it was hilarious that is what he picked as his first thing to say to me.  And that was J-Man’s personality to a T! He continued to make me smile day after day. Knowing Jamison has made me a better person and I am blessed to have known him. He will be missed.

Jamison always took his class work seriously.  I loved being  able to sit back and watch him enjoy school.

Jamison got his number drawn to put his feet up on his desk.  He always loved to participate  in class activities.

We loved to read together. He really liked the Magic Tree House books.  He loved a good adventure!  I loved it when he would talk while I was reading. We had so many great book conversations!

Jamison  loved to write!  He was always so thoughtful.  He wrote a thank you note to one of his classmates for helping him.

He gave me the best smile  when I took this picture for his Christmas gift for his parents.

One day I was working with Jamison, we were listening to music and, using his communication device, he said “different music.” Knowing his love for Disney, I thought of the Tarzan soundtrack, and started playing one of the songs. Almost as soon as they started to sing, Jamison says “Stop! Stop! Stop! Different music.” I immediately said “my bad buddy I’ll switch up!”
So I learned something new about Jamison that day: not a fan of Phil Collins. And I fully accept that. We love and miss you J-mo ❤️

When I first started working in the special needs  classroom, it was during COVID so Jamison was learning virtually.  Kelsie said “I want you to meet Jamison, it’s his story time.” Kelsie would ask him “Jamison, did you like the book?” and with his head switch he would answer “yes I did”.  She  asked “Did you like the story?” he said “no I did not”🤣  It was a beautiful thing to watch him answer questions with his switch ❤️
