Janet I. Gardiner, 74, of Fort Wayne, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020. Born on August 5, 1945, in San Antonio, Texas, she was a daughter of the late Wayne H. Harbison, and Wanetia F. (Silvers) Hooten.
Janet is survived by her husband of over 58 years, Terry A. Gardiner; sons, Brian K. (Joellia), Randy W. (Tracy), and Glynn A. Gardiner; sisters, Cheryl C. Long and Teresa Edwards; and brother, Dennis W. Harbison; grandchildren, Casey, Calen, Catrina, Tyler, Terry, Kayla, and Christopher; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Trinity, Nina, Niya, Gracy, Breelin, Emera, Riley, Emerson, Preston, Amiya, and Wilder.
Funeral service will be 10am, Saturday, June 6, 2020, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm, Friday, June 5, 2020, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
Memorial donations may be given to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
