Jeffrey is survived by his son Andrew Ray Trueblood; Andrew's mother, Connie Stouder; siblings: George Michael (Cynthia) Trueblood of Fort Wayne; DiAnn Marie (Jay) Griffith of Morristown; Michael Edward Pfeiffer of Kokomo; and Jayne Ann (Brian) Day of Fort Wayne; nieces and nephews: George Trueblood; Elaine (Brent) Gulinson; Roseann (Nathan) Biddle; Jason (Heather) Griffith; Robyn McIlrath; Michelle (Michael) Vix; Stephanie (Chad Bendele) Day; Angela Day and Adam (Jessica) Day; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, George Jason Trueblood; his biological mother, Rose Marie (Lockwood) Trueblood. His mother who raised him, Gloria (Smith) Trueblood; and his nephew Jay Lee Griffith, Jr.
