JERRY L. BOYCE, 78, of Harlan, died on Saturday, October 12, 2013, 4:44 p.m., at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home. Born November 25, 1934, in Hicksville, Ohio, he was a son of the late Addie M. (Peffley) and William H. Boyce. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a factory worker at B.F. Goodrich for 29 years, retiring in 1992. He was a member of A.A. Club Oasis. His hobbies included his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, NASCAR racing, Solitaire, Big Band music, and he loved dancing. Surviving are his wife, Sandra A. (Kline) Boyce of Harlan; sons, Kenneth W. (Tammy) Boyce of Pinehurst, N.C.; daughter, Jeri M. (Todd) Lindemann of Grabill; and several stepchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in dath by two sisters, Doris Glock and Eleanor Craig; and one brother, William Boyce. No service or visitation.
