Jerry L. Norton, 83, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in Lecanto, FL. Born in Fort Wayne, Jerry worked with the City of Fort Wayne Filtration Plant for 42 years, retiring in 1994. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, Elaine Norton of Fort Wayne; his children, Lisa Starks, Karen Miller both of Fort Wayne, Julie Rogers of Geneva, IN, and Scott Norton of Fort Wayne; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest and Anna Norton; brother, Richard Norton; and sister, Annabelle Zink. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am, Monday, May 21, 2018 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Dr, with calling one hour prior. Calling also at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm with a Rosary service at 2:00 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
