Joyce E. Tobin, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. She was born in St. Hilaire, Minnesota, a daughter of the late John J. and Ella (Huseby) King. She primarily worked at home caring for and raising her family. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening and playing bridge. She had an insatiable passion for traveling, exploring new horizons. But beyond her adventures, Joyce held a special place for family. Her face would light up with joy whenever surrounded by loved ones, cherishing every moment spent together. She understood the importance of connection. Surviving family include her four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Thomas James Tobin, Jr.; son, Thomas Joseph Tobin, Sr.; and sister, Gladys Hogenson. Prayer service will be 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023, at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne. Entombment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
