Judith Smith-Lantz, 67, of Fort Wayne passed away on Thursday December 29, 2016. She was born to the late Marion and Luella Smith on April 25, 1949. Judith worked for over 25 years for the Fort Wayne State Developmental Center. She is survived by her husband of over 25 years Michael Lantz; son Matthew (Kyla)Lantz; brothers Frank (Linda) Smith; John (Connie) Smith; brother in-law Daniel Lantz. grandson Austin Lantz and granddaughter Rodka.
