June Louise Cook 88, of Fort Wayne, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at her home. Born Aug. 13, 1925 in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Nellie Taylor. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a son, Greg (Beverly) Cook; Grandson Brad (Jennifer) Cook and Chris (Melissa) Cook; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Cook; and brother Wayne Taylor. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday March 31, 2014, at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St., with calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday , March 30, 2014, at the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
