Karen Fay (Zehr) Trowbridge, age 80, of Leo, Indiana, passed away on September 16, 2023. She was born on July 14, 1943, to the late Amos D. Zehr and Fannie Zehr. Karen married Keith Trowbridge on February 29, 1964, in Hicksville, Ohio.
She graduated from Leo High School in 1961. She worked at Grabill Bank, Fruehauf Trailer and retired from W.S.I.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Trowbridge; two sisters, Paulette Miller, of CA and Judy Miller, of New Haven.
Karen is predeceased by her brother, Tommey Zehr at birth.
She was a member of the Gardens of America, and Saint Vincent Catholic Church. She truly enjoyed gardening and landscaping.
A visitation will be on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home – Pine Valley, 1320 East DuPont Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
A funeral will be at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home – Pine Valley, 1320 East DuPont Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM, with entombment to follow at Highland Memorial Park.
