KARMEN WATKINS, 42, was called home on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, Fort Wayne. She is survived by her mother, Beverly Watkins; daughters, Kendra, Takia and Tairra Watkins; son, DaQuan Watkins of Fort Wayne; brothers, Gilbert Belcher, Steven (Tene[), Belcher of Atlanta, Ga. and Kevin (Lorraine) Belcher of Grapevine, Texas; sister, Tonya (Donald) Young of Fort Wayne; aunt, LaRonce (James) Wimes; 10 grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Mack S. Watkins; and nephew, Brandon A Portee. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at Carmichael Funeral Service, 831 East Jefferson Blvd., with visitation one hour before service. Burial will follow service at Lindenwood Cemetery.
