Kathleen Ann Wallace, 69, of Fort Wayne passed away on Thursday August 11, 2016. She was born on April 16, 1947 in Fort Wayne, IN. She is survived by her mother Dorothy Hensinger; sons Chris (Karen) Spillers, Patrick (Tammy) Spillers and Jeff Spillers; 6 sisters; 4 brothers, 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father Daniel Hensinger. Funeral service will be Tuesday August 16, 2016 at 3pm calling 1 hour prior. Arrangements by C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
