Keith Edward Adam, 22, died in Ft. Wayne. Keith was born in Ft. Wayne Dec. 8, 1992. He is survived by his mother Dorothy Moore, step-father Mike Moore, father Kyle Adam, step-mother Connie Adam, sister RuthAnn Walker, and grandmother Joann Adam. Services will be held Monday 1:30 P.M. March 23, 2015 Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Wayne St. Chapel where friends may call Mon. 12 P.M. until service time. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
