Keith W. Bisig, 70, passed away Monday, August 20, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois and was raised in Glenwood, Illinois. He moved to Fort Wayne in 1973. Keith was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. He worked as a heavy duty mechanic with Parrish Truck Leasing. Keith enjoyed fishing, nature, and lighthouses. He liked traveling, especially to the beach. For the last 30 plus years, Keith enjoyed his nightly coffee with his Hall's Hollywood family. During his retirement years he enjoyed his morning coffee with the "McGeezers" at McDonalds. Above all, Keith cherished his time with his family, especially Lucy, his beloved granddaughter. Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Susan E. Bisig of Fort Wayne; daughter, Rachel Bisig of Fort Wayne; granddaughter Lucy; sister, Rochelle Gereg of Momence, IL; brother, Duane (Susan K) Bisig of Fort Wayne; and sister-in-law, Jane Bisig of Dyer, IN. Keith was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Bertha Bisig; brother, Roger Bisig; and brother-in-law, Ralph Gereg. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am, Friday, August 24, 2018 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1502 E. Wallen Road with an hour of calling prior. Calling at D.O.
