Fort Wayne - Keith K. Kay, 50, died Tuesday August 30, 2011 at St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula, Mont. He was born in Fort Wayne on Jan 29, 1961, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Heitger, father, Robert Kay, 2 granddaughters, a brother, Tony Osborn, aunt and uncle, June and Oscar Lopez, loving family friend, Mary Collins, and many cousins and friends. Funeral Service is 11:00am Tuesday Sept 6, 2011 at Harvest Church of God, 5112 Moeller Road, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5-8pm Monday Sept 5, 2011 at C.M.
