Larry E. Cooper

Larry E. Cooper, 76, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Born on January 10, 1946, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Gwendolyn and Leela (Scott) Cooper. Larry proudly served his country in the United States Army, and retired from GTE, after many years of service. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sarah (White) Cooper; son, Chad Cooper; and brother, Lloyd Cooper. A Celebration of Life Gathering to honor Larry's life and legacy will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations in his honor may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.
