Leslie A. Cook, 49, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020. Born December 27, 1970 in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Ronald M. Cook Sr., and Violet J. (Conner) Cook who survives and resides in Fort Wayne.
Leslie was employed with Cook Construction. He enjoyed bowling and spending time with the one's he loved.
He is also survived by his sister, Tammi; sister, Connie; and many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Betty; and brother, Ron Jr.
A memorial service for Leslie will be held Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at Mitchell's Sports Bar & Grill, 6179 West Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. A Graveside Service will be Monday, December 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at IOOF Cemetery, 1109 Hartzell Road, New Haven, IN.
