She lived her dream of moving to Texas, where she found her love of horses. Her dogs, nieces and nephews were like kids to her.
Leslie is survived by her husband, Troy Phillips; her sisters, Lori (Larry) Mourey, Patti Fisher, Shelly (Greg) Pelz, Susan (Troy) Clem; her brothers, Donald (Michelle) Harber, Mike Harber, Matthew (Taneka Garrett) Harber, including nieces and nephews.
She preceded in death by her parents; her brother-in-laws', John Fisher and Shannon Stanfield; nephew, Joshua Harber Till.
Funeral mass for Leslie will be at St. Therese Catholic Church at 2304 Lower Huntington Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana, February 19th, 2026, 11:00 a.m. preceded by Rosary at 10:00 a.m. Her burial will take place at Nine Mile United Methodist (Maplelawn Cemetery). There will be a memorial luncheon at St. Therese Catholic Church in the gymnasium at 1:00 p.m.
