Lisa Kay Counts, 59, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Lisa was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 9, 1964, a daughter of the late Harold and Betty (Sesney) Rybolt. Lisa enjoyed crocheting blankets and spending time with her cats. She is survived by her children, Nicholas Rybolt and Stephanie Counts; and six grandchildren. Lisa was also preceded in passing by her husband, Scott Counts; and sister, Deborah Hormann. There will be no services at this time. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
