Lois E. Herber

Lois Eldora Herber, loving mother and devoted friend, 86, of Fort Wayne, went to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 14, 2015. She was born on May 4 1928 in Fort Wayne, IN. She is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Jay) Snyder, Patty (Phil) Cummins, Jessie (Phil) Bloom, Dianne (Richard) Renbarger, Rosanna (Kim Lundquist), Theresa (Michael) Franke, and Mari (Bret) Bosker; sons, Steve (Johanna) Herber, Mark (LeAnn) Herber, Rick (Renee) Herber, John (Elizabeth) Herber, Kevin (Nancy) Herber, Kent (Risa) Herber; brother Russell “Bill” Adams; grandchildren 29 and great grandchildren 21. She was preceded in death by her first husband Stan Herber and 2nd husband Robert Herber; father Russell Adams; mother Vera Gearhart; sons Joseph Herber and James R. Herber, DDS. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 1515 Barthold Street on Thursday March 19, 2015 at 10 am with calling 1 hour prior. Calling will be at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home 1327 Wells St. on Wednesday March 18, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Rosary will be 4pm on Wednesday. Burial at Catholic Cemetery. Father Joe Gaughan officiating. Memorials to 46808 Food Bank or Kappa Delta Phi. We will miss her free, loving spirit.
