He was born on November 19th, 1954 in Damascus, Syria. He moved to the United States after completing his medical training in 1989.
He is survived by his daughters, Dr. Lynn Orfahli of Denver, Colorado, and Leanna Orfahli of Cleveland, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mustafa Orfahli, his mother, Sameeha Taleb Aga, and his sister, Furdose Orfahli.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on July 19th, 2025, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home- Lakeside, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. He will be laid to rest at Lakeview Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio, on July 5, 2025.
