Mrs. Marilyn J Messer-Yoder

Marilyn J (Messer) Yoder, 81, joined Her Heavenly Father Tuesday, August 6, 2013. Born in Chicago to Harold and Anna Messer, she spent most of her life in Fort Wayne as a self employed antique dealer for 20 years. She was a member at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne and previous member of the South Wayne Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son Matthew (Laura) Yoder; daughters Deborah Yoder; Mari- Lyn Yoder; all of Fort Wayne; Barbara (Gary) Lesh of Roanoke, Indiana; daughter Lori (Alvin) Dimaiuat and Suzanne (Jim) Sajtar of Virginia, sister, Lois Spaid of Illinois and brother, Ralph Messer of Pennslyvanian, 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey D Yoder and grandson, Eric Lesh.

Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, August 12, 2013 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church calling 1 hour prior at the church. Calling also Sunday 2 - 6 p.m at Klaehn, Fahl, & Melton Funeral Home, 420 West Wayne Street. Memorials may be made to The League For The Blind and The Fort Wayne Womens Bureau.
