Mary Lou Capps, born on November 24, 1979,to Beatrice and Ricky Capps. Mary passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 46, where she resides with her father. She was a resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Mary loved going to the lake and being outdoors. She was a HUGE Cowboys fan. She was a devoted Christian. She was a devoted and cherished mother who loved her children very much.
She is survived by her sons, Logan (Kelsey) Capps; Brayton (Sydney) Capps, Jakobe Hazard; her mother, Beatrice (Buzz) Swank; sisters, Karen Michels, Richelle Capps; step-sister, Leslie (Alex) Herbst; brother, Ricky Capps Jr.; close friend, Eric Hestad.
She is preceded in death by her cousin, Jessie Capps Jr.; her granddaughter, Tinsley Capps and her grandparents.
A celebration of life will be February 28th, 2026, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Turner's, located at 3636 Parnell Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
