MAXINE V. MUDRACK, 79, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday May 25, 2011. Born May 18, 1932, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Edna (Henline) Lesh. She was employed at Rogers Meats for over 15 years. She is survived by son, Mike (Nora) Mudrack; daughters, Deb (Gab) Silva, Pam Handley and Brenda Mudrack; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Lesh; and sister, Betty Baron. Funeral Service is 11 a.m. Saturday May 28, 2011 at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N Wells St., with visitation one hour prior.
