Nell (Scott) Bennett, 97, passed away on May 31, 2025, at Lutheran Life Villages. She was born in Dunbar, Virginia on February 8, 1928, to parents Grant and Anna (Powell) Scott. She married Beryle Bennett, on October 3rd, 1957, and they enjoyed 43 years together until his passing in 2000. She worked as a Nurse’s Aid at the old Lutheran Hospital. Nell was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and all siblings. She will be laid to rest at Lindenwood Cemetery.
