OSCAR RANGEL, 41, of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015. He was the son of J. Luis Rangel Espinosa and Petra Rosas Galvan. He was born on March 29, 1973 in Tlacote el Bajo, Querétaro, Mexico. A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015 starting at 6pm, at the Templo Aposento Alto, 307 W.
