Patricia B. Cross

Patricia B. Cross, 81, died Sunday April 6, 2014 at Scottsdale Health Care Shea Campus Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born June 22, 1932 in Ft. Wayne to Robert Anthony Burns and Josephine H. (Dodez) Burns. She graduated from Elmhurst High School in 1950 and Rockford College in 1954. She married Robert Cross on June 30, 1956. Survived by her husband Robert L., sons; Robert B.; Phoenix, Arizona, Thomas R. (Brenda); Gilbert, Arizona, Steven W. (Tami); Bainbridge, Ind., James E.; Scottsdale, Arizona, David A.; San Diego, Calif. and daughter Laura Mahony; Denver, Colorado. Also survived by sisters; Barbara Morsches and Josephine Reich; both of Ft. Wayne, 13 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Pat was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, St. Barbara’s Guild, and St. Bea’s Guild. She had served as Past President of Lindley Elementary School P.T.A., Past President of the Auxiliary of McMillan Center for Mental Health, former member of the D.A.R. and was Past Secretary of the Women’s Committee of the Ft. Wayne Philharmonic. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11 A.M. April 15, 2014 at Trinity Episcopal Church 611 W. Berry St. Visitation will be Mon. 2-5 and 6-8 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Wayne St. Chapel and 1 hour prior to the services at church on Tuesday. Burial will take place at Lindenwood Cemetery. Preferred Memorials may be made to the Spiritual Wreath Fund of Trinity Episcopal Church.
