Phillip "Phil" W. Osmun, age 76, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 29, 2023. He was born January 26, 1947 in Hicksville, Ohio to the late Leon A. and Donna R. (née Reese) Osmun. Phil was a United States History buff including the presidency and Civil War era, watching television gameshows, had a menagerie of stuffed animals, but loved working as an assembler with Easterseals Arc Of Northeast Indiana the most.
Phil is survived by his brother, Noel D. Osmun of Fort Wayne and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary L. Osmun of Sylvania, Ohio.
Funeral Service is 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 10 at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Entombment at Covington Memorial Gardens.
