To Mark and the Surine Family, 

My mom recently told me about your loss, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.  I have some wonderful memories of your dad growing up in the old neighborhood.  I also remember all of the love he showed to Dave when he was injured and all of the sacrifices he made to help with his care over Dave's many years of disability.  I truly believe he was a remarkable man and I know he will be missed by your family and friends.

to betty and your family, and to richard and his family, i send my love and deep sympathy, but isn't it wonderful to know that those, our loved ones who have passed befor us are in the arms of our heavenly father, and that one day we will all be together with our loved ones in the arms of god! i will always remember you and richard, as very special friends and memories can never be taken from us. betty i wish you the very best in your mourning of your beloved husband, i to have a heavy heart, but know richard is happy and free of pain. i shall always love you both.

I HAVE KNOWN RICHARD FOR YEARS, THERE WAS NO FINER MAN THAN HIM, RICHARD, BETTY, HIS WIFE AND I WORKED AT BOWMAR FOR YEARS TOGETHER! WE HAVE KEPT IN TOUCH THRU THE YEARS, I AM SO SAD TO HEAR OF HIS PASSING, I SEND MY LOVE TO BETTY, RICHARD WAS LOVED BY ALL,AND I WILL REMEMBER HIM FOR HIS KINDNESS AND OUR GREAT FRIENDSHIP, I LOVE YOU BETTY.
