Robert Eugene Little, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at his home. Robert was born on June 8, 1938 in Fort Wayne to the late Robert and Rosetta Little. He graduated from Central H.S. and joined the U. S. Navy. He played basketball for Central and continued playing while in the service. It was while he was on leave that he met the love of his life, Gwendolyn Swann, at Virginia Beach. They were married 54 years when Gwen passed away. Robert worked at Colwell for 5 years and was a brew master at Falstaff Brewery for 29 years before retiring. He enjoyed gardening and sharing his considerable knowledge and childhood stories. He is survived by his children, Ty (Beth) Little, Kim (Craig) Partin, Bob (Stacie) Little, Brenda (Frank) Moore, Jan Tribolet, and Jill (Kip) Jones; grandchildren, Landon and Morgan Little, Kristin (Aaron) Bassett, Kameron Daub, Codee (Jesse) Runyon, Chloee Partin, Jed, Luke, and Clay Little, Maddison and Tanner Moore, Taylor (Sam) Tipton, Jordyn Tribolet; great-grandchildren, Ayden Daub, and A.J. and Bentley Bassett.
