Roy loved singing, he also loved his job at Flash Fold Box Company, where he worked for 20 years. Roy is survived by his brothers, Raymond Sewell, Johnnie (Shirley) Sewell, Jimmy (Lashandrala) Sewell, Maurice (Jackie) Sewell, Constantine Austin; sisters, Madgeline Ward, Andella Starks, Phyllis (Earnest) Washington, Juanita (Ricky) Harris, Annette (Darrell) Williams, Jeanette Berry, Essie Hardin. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three sisters, Rose L. Starks, Vinnie L. Watkins, and Shirley Caldswell; and one brother, Clancy D. Starks Jr.
A funeral service to honor Roy's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 17, 2022, at Haven Missionary Christian Church, 845 West Creighton Avenue, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior.
