Sally Jo Foust

Beloved mother, wife, grandmother, sister, daughter. Passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021. Sally grew up in Losantville, IN and graduated from Union High School in 1966. She graduated from Ball State University in 1969 and then moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana where she met and married her husband Carl. She worked at Lutheran Hospital and then DePuy and attended Aboite Missionary Church in Indiana. She lived in Naples Florida for 20 years and worked at Arthrex until 2017. She moved back to Indiana in June of this year to be closer to family. She was proceeded in death by her mother Anna Clevenger Baldwin, her father Carl Baldwin, and her sister Linda Baldwin Smock. She leaves behind her husband of 52 years Carl William Foust, two daughters Monica Foust, Brenda Foust Oliver, four grandsons (Ali Mohammed, Dawson Oliver, Omar Mohammed, Victor Oliver), and two brothers John Baldwin, and Carl Baldwin.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 1, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 with visitation one hour prior to service. Visitation also on Sunday, October 31, 2021 from 2-5 pm. at the funeral home.
