Samuel "Sam" Horner

Samuel "Sam" Horner, age 66 passed away on Tuesday October 22, 2019. "Sam" was born August 12, 1953 in Kokomo, Indiana to the late Wilbur and Norma Jean (Smith) Horner. Sam had received a Bachelor's degree and put it use as a Sales Engineer for the Chase Group for many years. He belonged to the Sonrise Church for 30 years and was a member of the Purdue Alumini Club. Sam loved to water and snow ski in his spare time. Sam is survived by his sons, Derek (Brittany) and Damon Horner; grandchildren, Emily, Abigail and Dylan Horner; and sisters, Rita Small and Shari Kaltenmark. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.Contributions in "Sam's" memory may be made to Community Harvest Food Bank.
