SANDRA KAY (RASOR) WALTERS, 66, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, at 3:28 a.m. Surviving are husband, Billy Jack Walters; daughter, Kara (Bradley) McKinney; two grandchildren, four brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews along with loving support from several close friends. She will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life is from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 248, 4940 Bluffton Road, Fort Wayne, (IN, 46809), Waynedale.
