He was born April 21, 1947 to the late Eugene and Mary Hendricks, in Kokomo, Indiana.
He was a proud veteran, having served four years in the Marines, and earning a bronze star with combat V.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. He also enjoyed golfing with his son and daughter.
Surviving are his children, Terry “T.R.” Hendricks Jr., and Brooke (Jason Bronson) Forsyth-Zeller; their mother, Jane Sikora; grandchildren, Yasmine Owen-Hendricks, Alex Hendricks, Kobe and Devon Forsyth, and Chase Zeller.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Mark and Tim Hendricks.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 2pm with calling 2 hours prior at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton 420 W. Wayne St. Ft. Wayne, IN 46802.
