Thomas P. Burlage

Thomas P. “Tom” Burlage, 87, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Presence Sacred Heart Home in Avilla, IN. He was born in Kenton, OH to the late Edmund W. and Ina C Burlage. He was a 1949 graduate of Central Catholic High School and served honorably in the United States Navy. Tom worked for the Fort Wayne Parks Department until his retirement then worked for Dentech Dental for 15 years. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Tom loved fishing, gardening, landscaping and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Pamela K. Burlage and his brother Theodore E.J. (Patricia A.) Burlage. Tom is preceded in death by his brothers Dave Burlage and Richard Burlage and his parents. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
