Thomas J. Rochford

Thomas J. Rochford, 43, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born to James L. Rochford and Nancy J. Bussard (Croll) in Valparaiso, Indiana on April 19, 1978. Thomas married Laura Cano on December 2, 2017 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Rochford worked for the City of Fort Wayne in the Water Pollution Department. He enjoyed collecting and working on cars, music, Indiana University Basketball, the San Francisco Giants, the Chicago Bears, being active, working as the family’s handy man, traveling, playing baseball, but most of all he was a family man. He greatly loved his children, wife, siblings, parents and all of his family and friends. Thomas is survived by his wife, Laura Rochford; children, Madison Dawn Rochford, Bryce Thomas Rochford, Mason James Rochford, Pilar De Laura Cano, Sofia Lorena Cano and Aniston Faye Cano; siblings, Kimberly M. Rochford, Matthew R. (Sarah) Bussard, Stephanie L. Rochford and Jason R. Rochford; parents, James L. (Deb) Rochford and Nancy J. Bussard; nieces and nephews, Cayden J Rochford, Alyah J. Sudderth and Tayah E. Sudderth. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Neil E. Bussard. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 6 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. Calling will be on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 2 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home. Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 is assisting the family with arrangements.
